MELT Method mini-workshops for beginners and those who wish to brush up on basics or deepen understanding. Each class has a different focus. Some Melt props available onsite. Students are encouraged to bring their own set if available.

Offered the third Monday of each month. Class includes gentle movement and centering, followed by Yoga Nidra in the iRest (integrative restoration) style.
